I got both Erpitaphs, artwork included, from N.Toone's site after reading the first post on this thread but they don't seem to be available anymore.

I thought they'd been up more than long enough for anyone who wanted them. I only have a finite amount of webspace y'know

Well, I can easily 'host' the files in my dropbox folder online, I have the cds, ripping won't be a problem, just need the complete cover pics.
Btw, are musical files free to share? i wouldn't want to infringe on copyrights.

...And what about the third one, is that still pending? Erm, I think I maybe was supposed to be responsible Al (oops), but have been exceedingly slack. Though seeing as I don't actually have a printer or much know how to put a CD cover together maybe someone else would be a better candidate! Anyone? I do have an ozric inspired original track that needs some work but once that's done I could definitely contribute. I know Orpheus has done several tracks that would be very suitable, not sure where others are at though.

Wish I could help put it together Dan but I'm an absolute idiot when it comes to computers.

On the back of this threads re-emergence I've dug out and finished my version of Wob Glass, it's only taken me five years

Dig! What tools do you use, Nick?
I'm going to have to attempt a cover.

Wob Glass was made with my Supernova 2, Morpheus & EzDrummer, plus guitars of course . I started that cover because I found the bass sound and one of the lead parts in the Supernova's presets!

The originals were 'real' cd's put together by me, and then forwarded to the other artists involved. The idea was that we could all then deal with requests for CD's from joe public around the world. Now they're mp3 versions with artwork, floating around on the web somewhere. I hosted them for a while but took them down again after a year or so. If you're on Soulseek you'll certainly be able to find them.

I get "Oops, looks like we can't find that page!". Oh well. I've a couple tracks (hopefully) suitable for Erp3, including a Space Between Your Ears cover ..if it's a goer.

I reckon there are more than enough tracks to make up an album's worth of material. There are many ways to get them together, including some where you don't even need to leave the computer

One option is it could be the first "download only" erpitaph, using free file hosting.

That'd work for me

One option is it could be the first "download only" erpitaph, using free file hosting. It still needs someone to compile & master the album, do the artwork etc. Not me before anyone says so

And the other one is, Mick?? A little ditty I made up. Wasn't the idea (not mine) that ppl do one cover and one original? ..actually I might have dreamt that or something. --------------- I could just about burn a compilation onto a CD, but dunno about mastering and that.

I could do some pseudo 'mastering'. By that I mean I wouldn't do any processing of other tracks, but I could do the basics like balance levels and get the gaps between tracks right. Still have to complete my contribution though, been too busy until now...

I'm going to put the two Erpitaphs on archive.org tonight. Once I've done it I'll post the links and hopefully someone can sticky them on the board.
