Erp HQ is bristling with excitement and plans! 2008 is looking more exciting than ever. Of course a new album is in there. Firstly, get excited about the forthcoming live dvd. A classy Ozric line up (even without me! lol) will freak you out on the main stage at Sunrise Festival at Bearley farm which was filmed at the end of may/beginning of June this year. B was on bass and Joie on synths. Its coming out very soon. The website will be brought up to date soon too. We are all buzzing, firing on all cylinders and raring to rip it up next year. Get ready boys and girls, fasten yer seat belts... ;D Oh a may I take this opportunity to wish you all an extremely merry christmas and a ridiculously happy new year!! or whatever your beliefs are, have a peaceful time!

while some people cant stand the sound of nails being scratched down a blackboard, others arent arsed at all... it's quite interesting, for me this kind of music, and in a way all music is best when appreciated 'egoless', a pure expression of the universe without hangups And of course ozrics music is just that! So when good ol human 'stuff' comes into it, like rent paying and whose track is whose, dirty laundry and the rest of it, i get upset that's all! Let's all be hippies, lend us a fiver, happy facking rainbows and dreamcatchers to everyone ;D Can't wait for the dvd!

vinny, you haven't answered my question... did ed not know that dale was making those 5 CDs of stuff available to the fans... or should he have destroyed the tapes and denied those of us who love the ozrics' music the chance to hear some of their early creative noodlings?

Drama. Who suggested destroying tapes? My beef was about 'naming' the tracks, NOT sharing. No, Ed didnt give permission for anyone to title tracks.

Hi mate - dunno about the others but i use Soulseek 156c. Go to your user list on the right hand side, right click it and ADD USER. My name is cobberjigger. I should then appear in your user list when i am online, which is most of the tme. right click my name and BROWSE FILES, then you should be able to see and download my shared files. The Unreleased stuff is there.
Incidentally, these are the 128kps versions that I got from Nazers mp3.com locker about 7 or 8 years ago, and I dont think they have any added echo on them.
Let me know if u have any probs

Many thank's to Cobberjigger for his kind offer of help but ended up hooking up with Sparky. You guys are something else and certainly do a hell of a job in spreading the gospel. The band must be delighted with what you do for them and indeed I read a post from Brandi that said just that, This is really filling a music void for me and I am 100% hooked on the band and can't get enough.
Cheers guys much appreciated and look forward to getting involved going forward.

hey ian. check out what spaceandamazed said a few replys ago. the band are cool with this but they absoloutely will not tolerate anyone making cash of the back of them.fair comment really. soi if you see anyone selling video,s,dvd,s etc then let the band know and they,ll crush them like putting your spliff out in the ashtray. sparky helped me out too, decent bloke. have a karma point mate and check these tunes. vibuthi, pixel dream. meds

With you guys making so much stuff so generously available it cuts out any need for buying and selling anything other than official merchandise. It also cuts the opportunist dead and spreads the gospel. With Alan Davey now out of Hawkwind where he put a ban on any trading of HW material their boards are buzzing with people willing to swap or share. The band have laid down some guidlines but simply asked the fans to abide by them and not make money. Something they are only to happy to oblige with and the best policing of all is self policing by the fans. A little common sense and sharing of passion goes a long way.

I have these CD's - really great! Amazing present from tape years... Many tracks from them sounds much better, imho, then some on official cassette albums. For example, "As Sweet As Doves", "In Summer Paradise", "The Beauty Of This Planet", "Criss Cross Krunch Krunch" - my favourites!

Spongey, another way to get them - download via torrent, for example torrents.ru (registration required). Tracker is in russian, so you can find Ozrics' torrents by search ---- Aliyah

Better and easier still, just use that link I have posted above, then take them from me.
(I'm SABBRACADABRA on there as well.)

Um, I dunno to be honest, though I'd of thought not. Once you are over there, I don't think it's quite that straightforward to find me, so gissa shout and one of my good friends over there will help me out! lol...

Sabbra that file you linked to is an exe file which you can't open on a Mac unless you have a third party app to open it with- too much hassle for me right now after dealing with mobs of shoppers all day lol! But i appreciate you trying to help me out, and when i finally get a day off, i'll look into the "exe for Mac" thing further.
