Maybe hes in dire straits? I doubt it very much. It would be too much of a backward step after being in the ozric tentacles.

I've read somewhere that Joie is selling his SH-5 in order to purchase an Ensoniq Fizmo rackmount (very rare beast)...Dunno if it's true, but that's a pretty good deal

He's already got a Fizmo keyboard so I can't see the point of that?

Really don't know...however, despite his awesome sounding capacities, the Fizmo is considered by many as one of the least reliable synth ever made, and being very hard to repair (no more spare parts and no more techs who know the guts of this beast). Maybe his Fizmo key is a little old, now...

Hi Jpeg, I read that he was selling it to be able to buy his own IGV (Inverse Gravity Vehicle). Maybe some day someone will take an Ensoniq Fizmo, a Roland SH5 and a IGV and combine the parts. The Omnidimensional Levitation Oscillator A tripped out spaceship/supersynth. Pre-orders available soon...

Could it be that Gavin Griffiths bought it? He has one. Don't know if it is Joie's. Nice studio. Now finish those Ullulators re-releases Mr. G. Please....

Gavin G 2 years ago That old roland SH5 was Joies (Ull, ozric, static)!! It is amazing that it is still alive. I bought it off him to keep it in the family when he needed some money ;( see this link for comments
