I was at the concert in Arnhem yesterday and I just want to say thank you for this! What a great set you guys played. For those of you who are wondering: 0-1 Vita voom Jurassic Shift Synth Jam Erpland White rhino tea Spyroid Snakepit D-jam Sunscape The Throbbe Tidal Convergence Kick Muck Sploosh!
I just cannot understand why there isn't just a slightly bigger audience for you guys...So you could play in slightly better venues...
Oh, btw...I'm working on the video of Jurassic Shift I made. Enhancing sound quality mainly...As soon as its finished I'll put it on Youtube, for everyone to enjoy.

hey hello everyone, just wanted to tell i've been there too and i had such a great time! i simply loved it, and this gig is hard proof ozrics will get on for some more years, cause in my opinion they're now hotter then they ever were,,, ohwell maybe because they now have the coolest drummer and such a wicked bassplayer! loved the synth weirdness, and i think eds guitar is better then ever! thanks for playing all my favourite classic ozric tunes, and was also cool having a chat with Ed & Vinney afterwards.
see you all at the next dutch gig, Shaggy

So, after running the audio through several enhancement processes (and believe me! The sound is now a whole lot bettter than the raw material form my N73 phone) and uploading the clip of Jurassic Shift from this gig in Arnhem on Youtube, I discovered that a clip may not exceed a limit of ten minutes on Youtube... I tried to search for a safe way to edit the thing, so I cut off 54 (!)seconds of synths humming at the beginning and cut off Ed's "thank you", both of which, in hindsight, wouldn't have been necassary, because that still wasn't nearly enough. I had to cut out some more... But I chose not to... ...it's the lesser of two evils, but I cut the clip into two parts. ...sigh.. .But hey! This is Jurassic shift, so there is a place in there that could be used to cut the song... I did not put the 54 seconds and the Thanks a lot back....Sorry Ed. I do still have the original off course... Anyways...for those of you that were not there, you can get an impression of it right here ;D: and here Oh, and watch how Brandi tries to convince the "soundguy" that something had to be done with Ed's gear Hope you like it!

I discovered that a clip may not exceed a limit of ten minutes on Youtube... quote] i use myspace for exactly this reason as the 100 meg limit still applies though there are currently no time restrictions for the clip size

You guys are right. I thought the band was cool with taping, but they are not cool with videoing. Check this: ozrics.hopto.org/ozrics/ozletter.htmlSo... I apologise to the band for not thinking straight (but hey your music has that effect on me ) and I've just decided to remove the vids from youtube.

Youtube vids are cool. We move with the times. These clips arent really of commercial quality or potential and therefore cool. I view this as massive, useful and FREE promotion. I'm sure there are still thousands and thousands and thousands of people out there who will like what they hear (and see!) and maybe decide to come to a gig or even buy an album after having viewed one of these clips. I think its ok if you put it back up my friend!
