Yet another cool legal freebie. Some people on this board have expressed their fondness towards Orchid-Star and I am aware that Trancient Dreams used to be a Rubbish Records favourite - rightfully so IMO. www.orchidstar.info/music_puja-trancient_dreams.php

Right, netlabels seem to be willing to share a lot of free releases, so from now on I'll be using this thread to give any interesting legal free downloads so as not to saturate the forum with countless threads. Feel free to use it for your free legal download suggestions everyone. Mine will probably continue to be of a downtempo nature mosty. This time from my favourite Altar Records: Cosmic Replicant - White Elephant EP altar.bandcamp.com/album/white-elephant-ep This one has multiple sound format options too - and I think it's really floaty and nice.

Seriously good stuff IMO. Most trancey stuff stuggles with anything but simple chord changes. This sounds like it's modulating all over the place - and works.

Mmm, I wouldn't call these tunes trance. They are good though, especially the Wildflower remix. Their albums are more trancey, but not conventional at all. Glad you're enjoying the tunes garlicMick

Right enough, Yiannis. I meant electronic stuff using lots of arpeggiators and delays, which easily turns to mush with anything but occasional diatonic chord changes. But this stuff goes other places. Or sounds like it does, which is just as good.

For any old school goa heads. Unconscious Collective's Fruorostan EP from Flying Rhino back in 1996 is available for remastered download (free or name your price for the grateful)at O.O.O.D.'s Bandcamp page oood.bandcamp.com/album/fluorostan-ep-1996-remastered . Tasty.

Two new tunes from the forthcoming Entheogenic album. Some of their tunes I love, others I find the very definition of generic. Well, anyone who might be interested, decide for yourself Entheogenic Bandcamp

Memphidos, possibly familiar through his track Why? on Ultimae's compilation Ambrosia, is offering the bulk of his music for free on his Bandcamp page. Chilled downtempo.
