Interesting. This could hopefully mean more collaborations. I wish they would do a proper Ozric fest in the mould of the Kozfest and tour Europe with it. I'd cream my pants if that happened and I got to see all - or even most - Ozric off-shoots in a day or two.

I wonder if they moved back to the UK could partly be due to the fact they can get healthcare there more easily? Also maybe easier to pick up tours there (many dates within the UK, Europe etc done more easily). A few years back I read that the band Camel moved back to the UK after 20 yrs in the US, due to healthcare and also having a hard time getting tours together in the US, where they could easily do tours of the UK and Europe.

^^ not a great joke - we are in the process of losing our healthcare to people who want to sell it to us

Sorry, I know it's no joking matter and wish healthcare was about healthcare and not profit.
Totally agree that an Ozrics fest would be amazing....hopefully something like this can happen...seems like all the great music connections being rekindled at kozfest may spark something like this.

The wikipedia pages say, "The current line-up includes Ed Wynne's separated wife Brandi Wynne on bass guitar, and son Silas Neptune on keyboards."
Separated? Ugh. Anyone know any truth about this?

Edit - just realised you mean the wikipedia page on Ed. The Ozrics wikipedia page doesn't say that, but it hasn't been updated as recently.
Presumably it's amicable if they're still playing together?
Maybe he is based in the UK now then...

I wouldn't mind Ed being in the UK at all. More chances of interesting collaborations, both on stage and in the studio.
But unless it is announced, that's all speculation.

agree with yiannis re. more chances of interesting collaborations,/ gigs especially if this means Ed is in the UK now. It could explain too why the "Ozrics live set" shows with just Brandi and Silas, and Ed's focus more on Nodens but again that's all speculation. Most important point for me is for all of them to be in a good headspace and making music which they seem to be doing.

Yes, I agree but I'm not sure there'll be an announcement. There may be nothing to announce if Ozrics is to continue more or less as before.
