Just about everything plus the Rare & Unreleased and Live at the Filmore 98. So this means these are official releases now then? The Filmore bootleg and it's quite good, pretty much Spice Doubt with Snake Pit and White Rhino added. link

Nice!, The FLAC of Pongmaster's ball is really hard to find.. I think the DVD has the mp3 audio.. Also, still strangely missing " Hidden Jams" offered for sale in 2010..

I should think so, yes. Fingers crossed they are indeed flac, you know, with age comes: My legs are grey. My ears are gnarled. My eyes are old and bent.

The version of Arborescence is a vinyl rip! It contains that little noisy bit on side 4. Cool move.

Strange. My Ozric Tentacles purchases have been removed from my Bandcamp collection without explanation. And even stranger: Bandcamp gave me a refund! I guess this means it wasn't official at all. I still have the downloaded flac files though. Without having paid anything, which feels kind of wrong. I wonder if there is any way I can donate the refunded money to the real Ozric Tentacles?

wow! it was a bootleg scene?!? crazy... I wish i wouldve got that pongmasters ball flac, but then i'd supporting thieves so f that... i noticed that someone has rereleased the pongmasters ball in a CD/DVD set but the audio is only on one CD, which makes me think they compressed it somehow..

Apparently they remastered it from the CD. The CD omits four tunes too. I'm not even tempted to bother checking it. I wish the original masters existed for a proper remastering but...

WTF is going on?!? Temporary outage/bug? Or, once again we can't get our hands on Ozrics music in an easy and handy way.
This has been a constant in Ozrics career, mindfuckery regarding getting their music.

Presumably because it wasn't official, as mentioned above? Pity, because Bandcamp is good.

Now that the Ozric Tentacles Bandcamp site is back up I was able to email the owner through the Bandcamp contact form.
I received a reply from someone called Agnes. She wrote that Bandcamp has deleted their site 4 times already and never replies to her emails. She also wrote that she believes the refund Bandcamp sent me has not affected their sales. So I guess Bandcamp refunded me from their own pocket.
So far so good, but who is Agnes? I understand that busy bands often make use of hired hands or volunteers to run their daily affairs. I did notice however that the email was sent from a client which is set to the Hungarian language (the message starts with "2017.04.08. 22:16 keltezéssel, ***** írta:", which translates to "On 2017.04.08. 22:16 ***** wrote:"). Additionally, her English leaves something to be desired. Maybe I am just overly suspicious. After all we are an international community.

Maybe it's someone Balazs knows? He's from Hungary. That makes sense. I hadn't thought of that connection. So I guess we're good then. My apologies to Agnes.

Last time albums I've purchased went to Agnes, like earlier so there are no changes at all. Im from Hungary too, may I could contact with her, but I think its a storm in a spoon, not needed at all.

It was a stupid joke (in .gif format) on my part but there's more to it than just dismissing it. Who cares? I don't know, maybe we should all care? Come on, it's 2017, I am a regular on bandcamp, old and new bands don't have such cringe blunders and they all sell well without commotion. Only Ozrics have myspace and a dubious person running bandcamp page - a person who got music pulled 4(!) times, yes that's four times! Ah, the Ozric constant, something something fishy about their catalog, and a person wrapping it up with 'why should I care'.

Basically it would be nice if the page got an OK from the band through Facebook, here or wherever.
