It seems like ages since Paper Monkeys was released. This album is eagerly anticipated. The artwork kind of reminds me of a more optimisitc version of alex gray. Also the whole psy trance thing reminds me of DMT vibe. very structural... As does let it go from frozen!!

I have been thinking about getting a record player for this. Last night I enjoyed listening to Erpland,Although it did remind me of how much champignon brought to the ozric sound.

Checking that everyday, haven`t stumbled upon anything yet. I wish I could hear whole album before the gig in Warsaw, it`s always nice to know new songs when they are played

Can't wait for the new album, its a special day when my new Ozric CD comes through the door. That day will be geared around my first tour into the unknown, cushion assembly on the armchair is essential, everything has to be perfect for interstellar mindflow travel. News like this always re-ignites my Hydro Boosters for another voyage from Moonbase Erpsongs Alpha to destination Paper Monkeys located in the Crab Nebula on the other side of the Ozric wormhole.
...been watching Interstellar, good film, special features are more interesting, i think i know gravitational wave when i see one.

I'm awaiting my promo copy of TOTS for review purposes. Of course I'm also stoked to hear it and soak up the new vibes!
I'm already in possession of Zingbong and Far Memory, because they were not included on the promo disc. Maybe I'll listen to them tonight, maybe I'll wait for the physical promo to arrive. I do prefer listening to the entire disc from start to finish the first time.
By the way, kinda weird decision to omit certain tracks from the promo copy. I wonder what's the reasoning behind that. Sure, the album is 90 minutes long, but is an extra CD-R that expensive to include?

I just pre-ordered "Technicians of the Sacred" on Amazon, and I noticed that they had one MP3 track, Changa Masala, up for sale for $1.29US, so I bought it and downloaded it immediately.
Wow. I love it. It is upbeat, nice drums, nice bass line, and even a guitar nod to "Kick Muck" in it, borrowing the same acoustic riff but in a different key (at 3:24). It also has chanting / Indian-type singing in it, and what sounds like a violin.
I can't wait for the whole album to get here! Hop on over to Amazon and plunk down yer $1.29 and get at least one track to hold you over until the full release!

Just had a listen from Itunes, this seems to be the track that was played last year on Mark Radcliffs radio 6 show that was the first track recorded after the fire. Features the kickmuck riff halfway through. Actually sounds a bit like Ott in places, if a little faster... Ok track, not the best I've ever heard but looking forward to hearing the rest next week

Ok track, not the best I've ever heard but looking forward to hearing the rest next week I'm loving the acoustic guitar in the second half of the song. Talk about some serious acoustic shredding! I can't wait to hear the album in full. There's nothing quite like the first time I hear a new Ozrics album and its ensuing journey.

Thanks OoliteGrover According to Burning Shed my CD's been posted. Looking forward to the delivery. BTW, that's the tune from that radio programme from some months ago in better quality. I might have said this before, but the drum pattern in the first part reminds me of some jam they did with Rad after Sunscape on the 2001 UK tour.
