depends whether you like stuff that's easy to deal with and guaranteed fun but not all that intrinsically interesting or stuff that's amazingly interesting and puzzling but with potential to be so puzzling that it can challenge your mind a bit like i hope you see through any illusions that you actually have to solve a huge complex puzzle that you've never seen before, and one which can get pretty overwhelming and even quite steep, overcomplex or ugly sometimes
(as long as you can comfortably laugh along to something like your whole body being turned into a giant bouncing springy network that is the whole world and feeling all the people going about their interrelated business on your body - having empathy simultaneously with all of them and all their viewpoints and not lose your head then you can safely enjoy the mental load that or stick to what you know - there will be one less person walking the earth who has experienced the afterlife early, or communicated with aliens or been through the mushroom's belly (lifecycle?) whatever we try to call it you don't really have that both ways... or if you do then that's not always easy to consider entirely desirable.
some people even believe that consumption of psilocybin was what influenced the elevation of human consciousness to deal with abstract super-linguistic thought and promoted empathy and partnership activity coming to supercede selfish dominator thinking to the degree that made us the leading species we are able to consider ourselves to be today it is also true that some people consider ecstasy to have far more in common mentally with alcohol, leaving aside it's boundary dissolving empathic qualities a copout in comparison to the greatest puzzle ever posed... whilst one thing gives you insight into how to love, the other kind of makes you aware of why you should do so...

His book "Food of the God's" goes into that with pretty good detail. Awesome read.

I just found out a new ideal way to ingest magic mushrooms it is tasty, gentle on the stomach and absorbs faster. Eating mushrooms and truffles raw as they are is the most common to consume them. However, while we love the taste, it’s certainly not everyone’s favorite snack. Specially when ingesting a larger dose, the taste can become an issue. Tea makes it easy to add in honey or whichever sweetener you choose. Read here on how to make Magic mushroom tea: www.trufflemagic.com/blog/how-to-make-truffle-tea/
