No probs mate, have replied on the auction thread 4 ya.
Steve H has done other stuff you might not know about if you don't know about the Stereo Mcs releases. He has produced and played on 2 full releases by Rachid Taha (a turkish pop star), and a full egyptian orchestra whose name escapes me today, but I will post again with full title of it for you. The stuff by Rachid is OK, theres lots of acoustic guitar playing on it.

I think Rachid is from Algeria? The so-called rebel of RAI music.

RON GEESIN. The fact that this person is not more celebrated is confounding. People seem to naturally love lavishing hero-worship on others, and he has association with Roger Waters. But the music speaks for itself, though some people may be turned off by the dialogue interludes in some of what I've listened to yet. ****

Oroonies "Wail of the wind", Dug it out and had a listen after not hearing it for a few years. I think this release (88) was recorded at Rushmere, it sounds like it..
The Oroonies were one of the strangest bands I ever saw, The weirdest time was at Treworgey Tree Fayre 1989, they were really scary at times. Mind you the festival was pretty scary too, a lot of bad things happening, including people falling into a 15 foot deep pit full of poo.

Jon Hopkins, all three albums, all the time - superb music! Glad he made it big, working on latest Coldplay album, and even gladder his upcoming new album is not a sellout but rather a fantastic piece of electronica.
ps: yes, this is the guy who produced and mixed Dan Arborise's album

Featuring future Uriah Heep vocalist John Lawton, this lot, LUCIFER'S FRIEND (1970), are worth listening to. (Check out that loony French Horn - great mad sound!)

Welcome back Sabbracadabra, ;D I thought their for a moment we would have to send out the Ozrics special Ops group to retrieve you from some unknown dark star that cause your silence.. Tis, good to hear from you that you’re alright mate…. Now canceling last transmission order for that type of action….Uriah Heep… Saw them here in this neck of the woods where I am currently based back in 74’ then again at the Hammersmith Oden in summer of 75’ or 76’ (might have miss-spell it venue – Brainfart kicking in) Etherways, got my British friends to go even thou they did not want to go which in all we had a bloody brilliant time and upon my encouragement to bang the metal on the upper level balcony for an encore which when they did come back out onto the stage, they pointed to us rowdy lot at the upper level and said “This one is for you all, “Suicidal Man”…. Bloody hell, they went back to back on three encores…. Tis were a brilliant gig that evening…Me fave for the Gong tour across this pond back in 98, 99” or 2000’ I think (oh no, not another Brainfart dazes) the venues were small packed and I posted a note to the ones in East coast to support them I placed a track of Uriah Heep from the Salisbury LP aka ” Lady in Black” to support them… Which is another one of me fave track….even thou this link version is short… The full version is sweet….www.artistdirect.com/nad/window/media/page/0,,179324-1943126,00.html Mick Box and of course when I see Ed from Ozrics kind of reminds me of Ken Hensley… Thanks for bringing them up once again…. Welcome back Kid. ;D Peace and Keep Zee Faith

That is one venue I have not been to yet? From past reading seems lots of good gigs generate from thar… Back in 2000 at the Hidden Step Tour in Denver, whilst chewing the rag with Seaweed, I mention how I missed the Hawkwind gathering at the Brixton. He looked at me strange and surprise that I knew who Hawkwind was. That subject got us going as he told me it was a good gig for he attended that one. ;D Peace and Keep Zee Faith

Hi RT.
Ha, you loon! lol....'Ozrics special ops group'
Actually, that sounds kinda cool being silenced by some unknown dark star, lurking maybe near the constellation of Vulpecula.
I'm alright cheers, just ya know, stuff.
Never been a big UH fan, but have always dug the DEMONS AND WIZARDS album.
Nice to hear from you again too RT.

Ah, there you go Sabbracadabra, another one of me fave LP in me Golden Vintage Voltage Vault… My last LP from them was Wonder World whilst watching them play live here in Little Rock, back in the summer of 74’…. Ah, another journey down memory lane…..“Welcome back my friend to a show that never ends, I’m so glad that you can attend, come inside come inside”…. Who sang that one? Last time I saw them live via Okie Dokie zone show I watch as they walked off stage whilst that tune played. I said back then, I will not see or attend another one of those gigs where electronic takes over… Gee whiz, 38 years later and I still sing that song… hint, hint, ELP…. What is funny, now dazes I am hook on electronics sound waves and have attend gigs of such…? ;D Peace and Keep Zee Faith

I'm playing some stuff from the Halo 2 soundtrack. I'm not into games much, but my son was playing the actual game of this, and I could not help but hear the music in the background.
Mush, impressive stuff.
