Trees of Eternity, 8/8/85. Great version of the familiar track plus a fantastic jam, clocking in at fifteen minutes.

Saw King_Crimson live twice during their current tour......incredible. Better than ever. Now playing in my head (and ever since seeing them).....KING_CRIMSON! Rotation of Starless, Epitaph, 21st Century Schizoid, Cat food, Easy Money, etc....... Love this current lineup, the drumming is mesmerizing!

After Angel's Egg I'm listening to a Gong compilation with mainly Camembert and trilogy tracks. Although it doesn't sound as otherworldly sober I'm still enjoying it. I'd forgotten how deliciously spacey those tunes were.

Gong is indeed divine. Got me through some tough times in life, it radiates spiritual wisdom with a wink and a nod.

I listened to the Shpongle Static gig and I don't know if it was because I was sober, but it didn't resonate with me at all. What do you think of it Alberik?

I don't know when this was but after the Ullulators' Pullens video this is the first one of Jane "Nana Obscuri" Bradfield I've ever seen. Her voice was better than ever in this video.

This is really good! I never gave them the time of day before but I'm really enjoying this now.

I've been lurking these messageboards since about the time I discovered the Ozrics about 6 or 7 years ago. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone that has kept these threads alive because when found the Ozrics I found my holy grail of music, only to have my mind and musical palette expanded even more delightfully than I could have expected. I've been so excited and thrilled by the amount of great music I've most recently been encountering that I want to share them with anyone interested, and this seemed like the best place to do so. I hope these bring someone joy! Globular - I've been frequenting his albums for some time now, but I started listening through a few of these playlists last night and these two stood out to me: soundcloud.com/globular/globulars-patreon-mixes-vol3-world-trip-hop-lovesoundcloud.com/globular/globular-mori-patreon-mixes-vol-7-basically-just-posford-feeling-shpongle-ySpy from Cairo - Club d'Elf - not exactly what I'm listening to right now, but an absolute treasure that has been quietly churning out multi-dimensional grooves and aural explorations for over 20 years. The brainchild of bass player Mike Rivard (Club d'Elf's version of Ed Wynne) the group is a rotating cast of musicians/friends/like-minds. I can't urge people strongly enough to give these guys a listen. Their couple of studio albums are fantastic, but their live performances are where things really take off. clubdelf.bandcamp.com/album/now-i-understandThis was the first live performance of theirs that I listened to. A great starting point and featuring the mighty John Medeski on keys. clubdelf.bandcamp.com/album/live-at-club-helsinkiWith a nearly bi-weekly residence at a jazz club in Boston, Massachusetts, these guys have a hefty catalog of live music to easily access: archive.org/details/ClubdElfEnjoy!

I enjoy cold beer, loose women and English character actor Charles Gray, 1928-2000. And soup.

hey, so what's everyone listening these days? I am mixing it up with new Pain of Salvation, John Petrucci, Tigran Hamasyan and live streaming session from Solar Fields.

I think I'm in the minority of people here who mostly listen to electronic music. All kinds of psychedelic downtempo, from Matt Hillier ambient to relatively fast chillgressive from Altar Records. I still listen to Ozrics and related, though not necessarily every day. What is a bit different is I listen to all this sober 98% of the time. I'm not even bragging, I just don't get the same pleasure I used to from listening to music in catalysed consciousness.

new Matt Coldrick is superb, music for a busy head vol 2, very different to volume 1 but still sublime

I've been listening to a lot of Electric Moon lately. One of my favorite bands. There's a lot of great live stuff on YouTube:
