Came across this on youtube, titled as Ozric Tentacles. Is it really them? I'm not into it myself and if this is the vocals from the early days then I can see why they went Instrumental!!!

Yes I believe it is ... this is one of those tracks on the unreleased tunes on the 6 cds I have, there is also another song that has vocals on it aswell.

might it have been a support band from a show, and just got caught up in the recording and later mislabelled? the drumming and some of the synth sound about right for more or less the 'There is Nothing' era, but if this was s'posed to be OT before they decided on their sound then how do you think the recording and mixing and the style sound compared to the early tapes, and why are they using singing after two albums and a live comp? Personally I think this is too mixed up to be OT, but could easily be by the sort of bands that used to play support slots.

maybe Roly but sounds more like me copying his dub style - ed on guitar: really can't tell unless he breaks away from reggae-stabs at some point... synths and drums have certain telltales but i am still not convinced - I wonder how come Brandi hasn't been on here to confirm or deny this.... I'm sure Ed would know for sure,.,.,.
