Long time Ozrics fan since the first time I heard Sploosh! at an alternative club I used to go to Portsmouth and used to dance my nuts off to it. Its still my fave Ozrics song and probably on my fave album as well.
Does anyone know which gig the "Live Throbbe" came from on Strangitude? I still think its the best version I have heard of that song.
One other question, for those of you who have the new Erpland, what is the quality of the fridge gig like?
Thanks fellow mind music fans, tim

Hi Tim Live Throbbe: Brixton Academy, London - 1990. This info is embedded on the 2CD version of Strangeitude, I saw on my discman screen. The closest I got on Pete's Ozric gig guide is 18/11, but that's The Frigde, rather than Brixton Academy. Here's the link . According to the 2CD version booklet the line up is Ed/Joie/Merv/Roly/Jon/Paul. The Erpland version of the Fridge DVD is slightly better than the VHS, with less static noise but possibly a bit "loudnessed", but since the original recording wasn't that great to begin with not much could be done to it. Still worth it for the convenience of track selection and for giving you the chance to play it at a DVD player. Check out the wealth of info in the booklet too.

Thanks Yiannis. Could be from the 12 hour Technicolor Dream gig?
I think I must get hold of the new Erpland and also the Sunrise CD/DVD
