A couple of years ago Brandi said that Richard Allen had been assigned the job. Still waiting for it, but I guess such things take time - especially if we're talking about a band that was -and quite possibly still is- surrounded by psychedelics. I would love an Ozrics book and probably read it more than once.
Just wondering when we can expect to see the new t-shirts selling in size medium as, aside from LET, the others aren't yet available and I'm hoping to get one before Christmas. Will they be available by then? Thanks ;-)
I'm in the Bay area...well Rosa. I used to live in SF and the time that Ozric's played at the Independent I lived like three doors down in a work/live space. I remember there being a dispute between the band right in front of my space early before the gig and it kind of weirded me out because I love them so much and at the time wanted to go up and say hi but obviously didn't want to interrupt their space. I had to record that night so I wasn't able to make it to the show...the last time I saw them was in Cruz..it was in the 90's.
Maybe we could have a pre meet up if there are enough of us the next time they come to the Bay?
Hey w1sper! Awesome to hear you're interested in joining in on the fun. I don't think anyone has done anything yet, but it would be great if you added something. Are you the guitarist from your band? I checked out some of your tracks including the live performance. I am down to add some more stuff to it even if it's just me and you. I live for music and the process of creating it gives me the reason to live and wake up everyday..I am in it for life
Thanks for responding and I look forward to hearing what you come up with.
hell yeah, 2005 I went to 25gigs, the only UK gigs I didn't get to were the January Brighton gig and Glastonbury.. May/June tour I drove some 7000 miles for 20 gigs in 23 days (returning home to Liverpool after all but about 3 dates) ... gulp!!! not sure I could do that now?? how is it I can remember the useless crud??

Hi Pete ! Yeah that still makes me chuckle when I think of your bemused face.Don't feel bad mate people come people go memories fade and it's all left in the ether. But we still have the music :-) Bet you won't forget me now though hahaha The Dendron boot was always something I meant to do but never got round to it but watch this space ! I remember doing the Brixton telegraph gig 2005 with Hagos on bass, were you at that one Pete ?
memory is such a bitch to me lately.. no wide ears where I got the name from, save to say I absolutely, positively will not have made it up myself.. that is a job for the people that made the music... and why my copies of dales/kirk's tapes have no tracklisting...
you know I can't even remember doing the transfer as such?? I must have done tho over the years there have been so many they just seem to merge into one big transfer
adam, matey I still feel terrible not placing you.. it makes me smile tho now to think of you standing there, with me looking at you struggling to remember 10 years isn't so long tho. ha maybe the blue hair threw me
that aside matey.... shame on you for leaving the Dendron so long !!!!

3 times for me too with all 3 members as far as I remember without checking tickets Glasto 03 , black sheep bar Croydon and pong 06 so we may have shared a nod and a wink Yiannis :-) . Is there a boot of the Croydon gig that anyone knows of ?
Yah the Dendron one is awesome imo I'll defo get it transferred to share ASAP.
I'll have to have a look through my minidiscs for any other jems. I defo have a few very early zub zub gigs with seaweed on synths.
Thanks for the info. I only saw Nodens three times between 2002 and 2006, but the one I remember (I'm using the term loosely here) the fondest is Pongmesters in 06. That was amazing, with all three members. I'd love a soundboard recording of that one.

Mmm I wonder if thats the boot I recorded and passed to Pete w for transfer ? The nodens sets around that time when merv joined In were pretty banging as far as I remember, pretty much static with guitar solos It was Pete that told me the name of blind date so maybe worth asking him if it's his name creation or not !
I would love to hear studio recordings of those tracks too !
I have an AMAZING boot of Dendron at glade from around that time too but never transferred it to cd. Perhaps it's time to share this one with the community.
Good question... I kind of almost cheerfully assumed some of it was in someone named "Rick" 's bedroom because I do have a recording that predates everything else entitled ricks bedroom tape... Does anyone know the significance of that as well as in the early recording question and also if this rick person is significant or had any weight in the final syllable of the band name being ric?
(Not sure where you are getting asked about being human... is it a new member thing I think I was grandfathered in)
