So what is the deal exactly? I've heard conflicting stories. Is taping allowed or not? SBD access? Aud w/mic stand ok? I want to tape Atlanta:)

Get to the gig early, find the band and ask em. I would think SBD access is not allowed as the band are recording the shows for future release as this thread states earlier. But you won't know if you don't ask.

Audience recordings are usually allowed mic stands and all.

Some of the recordings came out spectacular. The Fox theater in Boulder comes to mind, also BB kings in NY city is of great quality. I also video'd most of the shows and took lots of pictures, but my camera is currently malfunctioning. |

Any progress or an update on this?:) I"m *trying* to be patient!:)

Um...yeah, sorry about how long its taken... The Ozrics are not currently set up to allow music to be downloaded off of Ozrics.com. I have compiled a couple of videos and uploaded them to Youtube...but that doesn't help you......unless... I have heard of certain applications that allow you to extract the music from Youtube videos.....don't know what they are called, or where to get them. But here is a link to live Throbbe, and Saucers live:

The audio on both of these video's was recorded live while on tour.
Enjoy,
